Often the starting point for many clients is a Diagnostic Assessment where major issues are identified, quantified, and then organized into an improvement plan.

As a result, we offer our diagnostic assessment services to evaluate the current operating environment and recommend a series of prioritized initiatives. Our assessments are designed to be objective and fast. We can provide a comprehensive review covering all the core processes and supporting functions in a 5 – 30 day timeframe. Our approach begins with team member interviews to assess the current operations and systems. Based upon these discussions, we will identify potential solutions and alternatives. Finally, we will refine these into a series of prioritized initiatives and define a "road map" for implementing the needed changes.

This service allows us to provide our clients with the following aspects:

  • Current State view of the operations and systems
  • Initiatives and alternatives with estimated costs and effort
  • Executive-level presentation including findings and our proposed recommendations
